TAEMIN, the SHINee member-turned-solo artist, is set to hit the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival stage, the biggest music festival in the U.S.
He’ll perform on Coachella’s Mojave Stage on April 11 and 18 (local time) in Indio, California, delivering a solo set of about 50 minutes starting at 7:30 p.m. According to his agency, this marks the first time a Korean male solo artist has been part of the festival’s official lineup with a standalone set.
TAEMIN kicked off his global run with an April 1 appearance on "The Jennifer Hudson Show." At Coachella, he’ll perform a medley of hits and premiere an unreleased new song. He was also named one of this year’s “must-see artists” by the festival organizers, stoking local buzz.
This will be TAEMIN’s first major global project since moving to Galaxy Corporation. The agency said, “We’re preparing a stage that feels like a single work of art, distilled from TAEMIN’s artistic spectrum,” adding, “This performance will imprint the true essence of artist TAEMIN on audiences around the world.”
In March, TAEMIN released his first English digital single, "Long Way Home." His 2026 Coachella set will stream live worldwide via Coachella’s official YouTube channel. This year’s lineup also includes BIGBANG and KATSEYE.
