On the March 16 episode of SBS’s "uh, but like, seriously!", Ji Ye-eun and Jung Sang-hoon appeared as guests.
Ji Ye-eun said she was genuinely thrilled about Lee Su-ji’s Baeksang win. She then brought up Lee’s jeonse (rental deposit) scam.
“At first, I thought the jeonse scam was a lie,” Ji said. “Seeing her struggle so much that she couldn’t even eat, I thought she was incredible. That’s why I was so happy she won the award.”
Hearing this, Lee Sang-min added, “Ji Ye-eun is loyal. When Lee Su-ji talked about the jeonse scam, Ye-eun told her, ‘Unnie, if you need money, tell me. I can lend you some.’”
Lee Su-ji replied, “I had to find a new place, and Ye-eun said, ‘Unnie, I’ll lend you money.’ So I asked how much she could help with, and she said 1.2 million won,” drawing laughter.
Ji Ye-eun explained, “I was just starting to work back then, and all I had was 3 million won. But I thought that amount wouldn’t be a waste on her, so I said I could lend it.”
Lee Su-ji then asked how much would be possible now. Ji Ye-eun joked, “This unnie is really rich now. Every time I pass by, it’s her ad. I was like, wow, Su-ji scooped it all up,” making everyone laugh.
Jung Sang-hoon quipped that even the way Lee Su-ji was sitting looked like a “golden toad,” and Ji Ye-eun chimed in with “golden pig,” sending the studio into laughter.
