Min Hee-jin, former ADOR CEO and founder of OOAK Records, will hold her fourth press conference.
On the 24th, OOAK Records asked media to attend and said Min will personally explain the first-trial ruling in her “put option” lawsuit with HYBE and outline her plans going forward at a briefing in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the 25th.
At the event, Min is expected to walk through the details of the “put option” first-trial case she won against HYBE and share what’s next for OOAK Records.
This marks the fourth press conference hosted by Min. While the first three centered on her stance in legal disputes with HYBE, this one is likely to focus on the trial court’s reasoning and OOAK Records’ post-ruling strategy.
Min has launched a new label, OOAK Records, and is preparing to debut a boy group.
Earlier, on the 12th, the 31st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Nam In-soo) ruled in favor of Min in her claim for stock purchase price against HYBE. The court dismissed HYBE’s separate lawsuit seeking confirmation of termination of the shareholders’ agreement against Min.
