On the February 23 episode of SBS’ "uh, but like, seriously!", Tak Jae-hoon, Lee Sang-min, and KAI visited a yoga studio.
Tak Jae-hoon’s close friend Kim Ji-hoon appeared as a guest and grabbed attention right away. “Whenever Jae-hoon hyung starts a new show, he always calls me,” Kim joked. “He tells me I’m not funny and should stop doing variety, and then invites me on.”
Lee Sang-min asked what kinds of favors Tak has asked in the past. Kim replied, “I think I’ve been on pretty much every show he’s done at least once.”
Tak chimed in, “Didn’t you even take the stage with Country Kkokko?” surprising everyone. Kim confirmed, “Right. It was like a guerrilla concert at a university. I even sang there.”
A clip then rolled of Kim Ji-hoon actually performing with Tak Jae-hoon for a Country Kkokko stage. Watching the footage, Lee Soo-ji warned KAI, “Be careful. Get too close, and you’ll end up Country Kkokko too.”
KAI laughed, “He keeps telling me to come down to Jeju. To stay the night,” hinting at Tak’s playful flirting. Lee Soo-ji joked back, “Careful or you’ll become Country Kkokko second generation.”
Kim shared another story: “He said he was going on a family trip and told me to come to Thailand with them. We’re close, so I figured I’d just go with the family. But the welcome at the airport was huge, and I thought, what is going on? Later, we arrived somewhere and there were about 100 reporters. Turns out his celebrity soccer team had been invited, and he told me it was a family trip―then sat me down at a press conference.” The studio burst into laughter at the very on-brand Tak Jae-hoon prank.
KAI asked, “So how did you end up falling for Jae-hoon hyung?” Kim answered, “He has this strange charm. I met his stylist today―the one from the Sang Sang Plus era. They’ve been together for 21 years.”
Hearing this, Lee Sang-min dropped some TMI: “They’re starting to resemble each other―his stylist got divorced too,” which drew scolding from the panel.
Kim continued, “Jae-hoon hyung never treats people he’s known a long time exceptionally well. He never compliments you―he just teases you. But that’s the charm. So I actually want to ask him: what do you think people are drawn to?”
Tak replied, “My English name is Nicotine. Harmful to your body, but you can’t quit,” cracking everyone up.
Calling himself SM’s first actor, Kim said, “I joined after auditioning with dreams of becoming a singer. But as a trainee, I saw so many talented people that I gave up that dream.”
He added that he was in the same cohort as Girls’ Generation members and Super Junior’s LeeTeuk and EunHyuk, which surprised KAI.
Lee Soo-ji quipped, “Kim Ji-hoon is SM-bred and, after achieving all that, ultimately joined the ‘Tak-line.’ KAI is Tak-line Gen 2.” Tak played along, joking, “I’m recruiting Gen 3 in May,” sparking more laughs.
