On the Sunday, Feb. 1 episode of SBS’s "Running Man", the cast will unveil their dream concepts for the show’s annual age-rating slate and poster shoot ― a tradition known for over-the-top transformations and chaotic laughs.
This week’s episode turns into a concept showcase, with the winning pitch earning the coveted spot on the new official poster. The current poster ― featuring penalty-takers Yoo Jae-suk, Kim Jong-kook, Haha and Yang Se-chan in a jaw-dropping “pantsless” look ― doesn’t include newest member Ji Ye-eun, so the team is setting out to update it in style.
To commemorate Ji Ye-eun’s first poster shoot, the members went all-in on wild makeover ideas, gleefully piling on “let’s roast Ji” energy. Suggestions ranged from an Avatar riff to a squid prince to half-human, half-beast. But one sketch from Yoo Jae-suk reportedly crossed the line for Ji, who snapped, “I like Yoo Jae-suk!” ― leaving fans curious what on earth he drew to rile her up.
In true survival fashion, seven member-created concepts enter, and only one will make it to the final shoot. If a member gets eliminated, their concept is gone, too ― meaning everyone’s fighting to dodge the most mortifying makeover. Given "Running Man"’s history of outrageous costuming, all eyes are on which look will triumph (and which disasters will be narrowly avoided).
The “Age Rating Survival” race airs Sunday, Feb. 1 at 6:10 p.m. on "Running Man".
