G-DRAGON will take the stage at France’s flagship charity event, Le Gala des Pieces Jaunes, on Jan. 22 (local time) at Paris La Defense Arena―returning for a second consecutive year at the invitation of French First Lady and Fondation des Hopitaux chair Brigitte Macron.
Opération Pièces Jaunes raises funds to improve children’s hospitals and support mental health care for young people. Aligned with the cause, G-DRAGON readily accepted the First Lady’s invitation again and plans to use the performance to spread some feel-good, global goodwill to fans around the world.
Last year, the K-pop icon represented Korean artists at the gala and drew roaring cheers from Paris fans. His commanding stage presence and polished showmanship won praise from local media and audiences alike, helping amplify the mission of the charity on an international stage―momentum that led to this year’s encore invitation.
Adding to the buzz, G-DRAGON recently packed the same venue during the Paris stop of his G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch], electrifying roughly 29,000 attendees. Fans flooded social media with reactions like “absolutely overwhelming,” “the best show of my life,” and “the crowd was so loud it felt like the arena might explode,” a surge of “GD power” expected to carry straight into the charity gala.
The Pieces Jaunes gala featuring G-DRAGON is set for Jan. 22 (local time), with the performance slated to air Jan. 30 on French public broadcaster France 2.
Separately, G-DRAGON will host his first-ever solo fan event, the 2026 G-DRAGON FAM MEETING, from Feb. 6-8 at KSPO DOME in Seoul’s Olympic Park. Tickets go on sale Jan. 21 (Wed) at 8 p.m. via NOL Ticket (Interpark Ticket) and will open exclusively to b.stage members (FAM ONLY).
