Jay Park’s first self-produced boy band, LNGSHOT, will make its official debut on Jan. 13.
At noon KST on Dec. 23, the group kicked off the countdown by dropping a trailer for its debut EP, “SHOT CALLERS,” across YouTube and social channels. In the clip, the members stalk through an abandoned factory in head-to-toe black, radiating unruly, hip energy and making a fierce first impression.
The trailer also unveils the tracklist: five songs total, including pre-release single “Saucin,” plus “Backseat,” “Moonwalkin,” “FaceTime,” and “Never Let Go.”
Rooted in hip-hop and R&B, LNGSHOT aims for honesty and longevity over passing trends. True to its name―a “long shot” that flips the odds―the team is set on making decisive moves. The quartet consists of OHYUL, RYUL, WOOJIN, and LOUIS.
On Dec. 22, LNGSHOT took its first step with the pre-release digital single “Saucin,” a Memphis-style cut the members helped write and compose, spotlighting the group’s distinct sonic identity.
The group also made waves ahead of debut with a high-impact collaboration stage alongside Jay Park at the 2025 Melon Music Awards (MMA 2025) on Dec. 20, premiering “Backseat” and “Saucin” and earning buzz for their confident presence and kinetic energy.
LNGSHOT’s debut EP “SHOT CALLERS” arrives Jan. 13 at 6 p.m. KST on major streaming platforms.
