Ji Changwook Receives Culture Minister's Commendation, Lights Up the Red Carpet

Ji Changwook hit the red carpet at the 16th Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards, held at the Haeoreum Grand Theater at the National Theater of Korea in central Seoul on Oct. 23, where he was honored with the Culture Minister's Commendation.
