SOYOU crushed her debut WATERBOMB stage, showing exactly why she’s a go-to artist every summer.
On Aug. 23 at Hanwha Resort Seorak Sorano in Sokcho, she took over WATERBOMB Sokcho 2025, drawing in thousands with breezy energy and explosive performance. SOYOU premiered her digital single “PDA”―her first since joining Magic Strawberry Sound―unleashing it amid the festival’s signature water cannons and sending the crowd into a frenzy. She kept the momentum with fan favorites like “Some,” “Gotta Go,” and “Drive Me,” cementing her summer-anthem credentials.
“Since it was my first WATERBOMB stage, it’s going to be a special memory,” she said after the set. “Singing with fans while getting soaked was truly the hottest moment of my summer.”
Looking fit and confident, SOYOU shared earlier this year that she dropped about 10 kg through training and nutrition. With this WATERBOMB performance, she teased a fresh musical direction and further solidified her place as a quintessential summer artist.
