The spotlight is on what final masterpiece dishes 'Caribbean Bob Chefs' Ryu Soo-young and Yoon Nam-no will present.
First up, 'Chef Ryu', Ryu Soo-young, will introduce a Caribbean-style secret to eliminating the gamey smell of meat, claiming to even revive the dead. He will showcase a spicy Korean-style potato soup made with goat meat, a prized ingredient in the Caribbean. Goat meat is often used in nourishing dishes, but the challenge lies in removing its distinctive smell. A 'simple Caribbean secret', favored even by the likes of Gordon Ramsay, will be revealed to eliminate the odor and enhance the flavor.
True to his reputation as a 'K-flavor expert', Ryu Soo-young shares his personal tips for perfecting the soup's taste with just a touch of sauce. Chef Yoon Nam-no, tasting a slice of home in the Dominican Republic, exclaimed, "This recipe is a must-learn," sparing no praise. The anticipation builds for the reveal of the Caribbean-style secret to tackling gamey meat and Ryu Soo-young's seasoned recipe for the soup.
Next, 'Dessert Master' Chef Yoon Nam-no will create an unprecedented dessert using 100% real cacao. Yoon Nam-no, who considers chocolate his specialty, finds inspiration upon encountering top-grade Caribbean cacao. A sweet chocolate mousse, generously infused with fresh cacao, and complemented by tangy tropical fruits from the Caribbean, promises to delight both the eyes and the palate. Meanwhile, the 'Hunting Siblings', Kim Ok-bin and Lee Joon, take on a free-diving hunt in the Caribbean Sea, using nothing but their bodies. Having cleared out the Caribbean seafood in previous hunts, they dive into the deep sea without a boat for their final hunt. However, they struggle with diminishing visibility due to rough waves, and even the seasoned 'free-diving veteran' Kim Ok-bin couldn't hide her surprise at the unexpectedly barren sea floor.
Exhausted, Lee Joon is eventually washed ashore, collapsing in a near-fainting state. The dramatic final hunt by Kim Ok-bin and Lee Joon, reminiscent of a blockbuster disaster movie, raises the question: will they succeed? The outcome will be revealed in the broadcast.
