WOO JIN's first single album, 'Cool & Hot,' marks his solo return after approximately two years and two months, featuring two tracks that vividly represent his cool and hot lifestyle through distinct musical colors.
Notably, WOO JIN actively participated in various aspects of the album's production, from songwriting and choreography to visual directing and marketing content planning, enhancing the album's quality. The title track 'Cool & Hot,' sharing its name with the album, features long-time musical colleague Ha Sung Woon, adding a special touch.
From solo to group activities, WOO JIN has consistently showcased a diverse spectrum as an artist. As anticipation builds for the new sides he will reveal through this solo album, he has released a Q&A session to celebrate the launch of his new single album 'Cool & Hot' today (30th).

1. How do you feel about releasing your first single album?
I'm thrilled to be making a comeback with my first single album. Although it's my first single, it's actually my second solo album, so I've put a lot of effort and tried new things. I hope many fans will enjoy it, and I look forward to having fun activities together. I'll show you various activities through this 'Cool & Hot' album!
2. You were heavily involved in this album. What moment stands out to you during its preparation?
Being involved in the entire process of making this album, many moments are memorable. However, choosing the title track was challenging, but once 'Cool & Hot' was decided, I enjoyed working on it, making those moments related to the title track the most memorable.
3. Could you introduce this album and its title track? What's the highlight of this album?
The title track 'Cool & Hot' embodies my desire to show the many sides of myself, sometimes cool, sometimes hot. The highlight of this album is the chance to experience my diverse charms!
4. When and in what situations would you recommend listening to 'Cool & Hot'?
You can listen to it anytime, always, but especially when you want to get pumped up or during a drive, it will add excitement and rhythm. Enjoy it as easy listening at any time!
5. Ha Sung Woon's featuring has been a hot topic. How did this collaboration come about, and do you have any behind-the-scenes stories from the recording process?
Considering the style of 'Cool & Hot,' I thought Sung Woon would be a perfect fit, so I proposed the idea, and he gladly accepted. Having spent time together, I believed we could produce great chemistry, and indeed, the outcome was better than imagined. I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude once again.
6. Is there a new aspect you want to show through this album?
I want to challenge new genres and show a different charm on stage. I aim to demonstrate a broader and deeper musical spectrum as an artist.
7. Finally, a message for your fans, please.
Thank you for waiting, as it's been a while since my last solo album. I'll work hard to show you more fun and diverse sides through this activity. Let's always be healthy and happy! Thank you always.
