Comedian Park Na-rae has shared her recent updates after losing 14kg and successfully maintaining her weight.

On March 10, a video titled "Park Na-rae's Worst Omakase Experience" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'YouTube Boom'.

During the video, Boom mentioned, "I also lost about 8kg," to which Park Na-rae responded, "You do look slimmer," expressing her surprise. Boom then asked her, "How much weight have you lost now?"

Last year, Park Na-rae gained attention for her weight loss journey on the MBC's television show 'I Live Alone,' where she challenged herself to a diet for a fitness photoshoot alongside fellow cast members Jeon Hyun-moo and Lee Jang-woo.

At that time, she showcased her dramatically transformed and toned physique, impressing viewers, and she continues to maintain her figure with strict discipline.

Park Na-rae revealed that she has lost an impressive 14kg and kept the weight off, saying, "At that time, I was at my heaviest at 62kg. Now I weigh 48kg."

Additionally, she shared, "During my time with the 'Palm Oil Siblings,' my body fat percentage was 34%, which meant that a third of my body was fat. However, I recently had a health check-up, and my body fat percentage is now at 22%," drawing attention to her progress.

She added, "Our stylist is really happy about it. They kept saying, 'Thank you so much!'"

Park Na-rae also shared how she earned the nickname 'Park Kwang-bae,' a play on the Korean word 'kwangbae', which means 'lats' in English.

She explained, "I worked out with my personal trainer for six months, and my lats started to grow. I thought something was off, and when I asked, they said, 'If your lats look bigger, your waist will appear smaller.' They were trying to turn me into Brock Lesnar!" which brought laughter to the conversation.
