On January 23, Kim Hye Soo, Jung Sung-il, and Joo Jong Hyuk of Disney+'s original series 'Unmasked' guested on SBS Power FM's radio show 'Cultwo Show'.
Kim Hye Soo, who had hosted the 'Blue Dragon Film Awards' for 30 years, stepped down after the award ceremony's 44th event in 2023.
She shared her thoughts on her successor, actress Han Ji Min, who hosted the 45th 'Blue Dragon Film Awards' in November last year.
"She did it amazingly well even though it was her first time. It's not an easy job, and she pulled it off from the start.", Kim Hye Soo said, highly praising Han Ji Min's efforts.
She resumed, "I got to watch the 'Blue Dragon Film Awards' for the first time. I never had the chance to see it as a viewer before."
"I had a project meeting that day, so I watched the first half on the phone on my way to the meeting and the second half on TV. It was fantastic.", the actress said.
"If you feel that way, perhaps I'll show up at the venue's entrance each year, all dressed up. I won't go up on the stage, though.", Kim Hye Soo playfully said.
"No, I never was a delicate beauty.", the actress humbly replied.
"I know my face pretty well since I see it every day. It's good that I've been doing this job for a long time. If not, I wouldn't have kept my looks this much."
"If not for this job, I would have eaten a lot of meat and snacks without controlling myself.", Kim Hye Soo remarked.
