NMIXX is turning up the global heat today (Feb. 26) with a new single, fresh off becoming the first K-pop act ever invited to perform at the Viña del Mar Festival.
On Feb. 25 (local time), the group took the stage at the iconic Quinta Vergara Amphitheater in Viña del Mar, Chile, for the 2026 Festival de Viña del Mar―Latin America’s signature music festival with more than 60 years of history.
As the festival’s first K-pop invitees, the members delivered high-energy performances before a sea of fans, cementing their “all-ace girl group” reputation.
“We watched from the audience as guests in 2025, and it’s an honor to stand here this year as artists,” NMIXX said. They rolled out a run of fan favorites―"O.O," "DASH," "Love Me Like This" and "Run For Roses"―while speaking to the crowd in the local language. The cheers started strong and only got louder as the set went on.
Highlights included "Soñar" (Spanish Ver.), DICE with the rallying cry “Vamos amigos,” and RICO, which pairs Latin pop sounds with Spanish lyrics. A cover of local hits Ponte Lokita by Katteyes and Kidd Voodoo amped up the crowd even more―then turned into a surprise joint performance with Kidd Voodoo onstage. The set’s climax was the new track "TIC TIC" (Feat. Pabllo Vittar), first unveiled at Brazilian Carnival Sao Paulo on Feb. 16. The group ended the night holding a special trophy from fans, lighting up the Chilean sky with even more power.
Riding that momentum, NMIXX officially drops "TIC TIC" (Feat. Pabllo Vittar) today (Feb. 26). It’s their second collab with Brazilian star Pabllo Vittar following last August’s "MEXE," and showcases their signature MIXX POP with a fast pace and addictive hook. The track carries a message about moving quickly in a busy world and savoring every moment. Member Lily contributed to the lyrics.
Ahead of release, the group shared via JYP Entertainment: “We’re excited to connect even more deeply with fans through "TIC TIC" (Feat. Pabllo Vittar). We were happy to work with Pabllo Vittar again and learned a lot. The choreography and vocals feel fresh and catchy―especially the ‘tic-tic-tic-tic’ chorus that’ll stick in your head. We’ll keep bringing you new sides of NMIXX with joyful performances and music!” "TIC TIC" (Feat. Pabllo Vittar) will be available at noon on Feb. 26 across major music platforms.
