Fresh off the 10th anniversary run of the musical "Fan Letter", Enoch is set to light up KBS 1TV’s "Open Concert" with a standout live performance that puts his range front and center.

The singer-actor will appear on the Jan. 25 broadcast at 6 p.m. KST, delivering a set that swings from big-band jazz to soaring musical-theater numbers―proof he’s an all-around showman who can glide across genres with ease.

A staple of Korean music TV, "Open Concert" brings generations together with a mix of classical, traditional, pop and musical theater, all backed by lush orchestral arrangements and top-tier live vocals. Enoch plans to lean into that live magic with a tightly crafted set designed to win over viewers at home.

On the night, he’ll perform his new track “Mr. Swing,” followed by “Hae-jin’s Letter,” a signature number from "Fan Letter", in which he currently stars. Expect a brisk, feel-good opener that gives way to a resonant, emotionally charged finish.

“Mr. Swing” nods to the swing jazz that swept America in the 1930s and ’40s, a perfect canvas for Enoch’s polished stagecraft and sturdy vocals. His sleek, unhurried presence should deliver the kind of jolt that keeps audiences grinning.

He’ll then flip the mood with “Hae-jin’s Letter,” sung from the perspective of genius novelist Kim Hae-jin as he pens a final message to Jeong Se-hoon. Enoch’s textured voice is set to underline the character’s aching backstory and pure devotion to literature with delicate nuance.

Known for commanding charisma onstage and easygoing charm on variety shows, Enoch is drawing buzz for what promises to be a signature, made-for-Open-Concert live moment.

In "Fan Letter", where Enoch plays Kim Hae-jin, the story unfolds in the 1930s under Japanese occupation, inspired by anecdotes from the Guinhoe circle of writers that included figures like Kim Yoo-jung and Ri Sang. The original musical blends romance and artistic obsession through the intertwined fates of Hae-jin, aspiring author Jeong Se-hoon, and Hae-jin’s enigmatic muse, Hikaru.

Since its 2016 premiere, "Fan Letter" has built a devoted following, expanding across Asia to Taiwan, China and Japan, and even staging a London showcase―cementing its status as a global K-musical. Its 10th anniversary production is currently riding strong word-of-mouth on the strength of a veteran-meets-newcomer cast.

"Fan Letter", featuring Enoch’s acclaimed turn as Kim Hae-jin, runs through Feb. 22 at the CJ Towol Theater at the Seoul Arts Center.
