Actor Keum Donghyun is reconnecting with fans on the messaging platform HIAND.
Keum first made a splash on "Produce X 101" in 2019 after starting trainee life at 15, then debuted with EPEX in 2021. Along the way, he branched out into acting and even hosted "Show! Champion." His recent pivot to focus on acting sparked a wave of support from fans at home and abroad.
In November, news of his arrival on HIAND―roughly half a year after wrapping activities with EPEX―ignited global buzz. Known for warm, heartfelt private messages, Keum has a reputation for showering fans with love, making his HIAND launch an especially welcome move.
HIAND already counts some of Korea’s biggest stars among its lineup, including Park Seo-joon, Lee Jong-suk, Ji Chang-wook, Hwang In-youp, Woo Do-hwan, Byun Yo-han, and Jinyoung. Keum has also wrapped filming as the very first guest on new YouTube variety series “Tipsy Interference” (Al-ddal-ddalhan Chamgyeon) from Unicorn Studio.
Kicking off his first solo activities with hosts Ahn Jae-hyun, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Muzie, Keum is set to stay busy through year’s end, lining up his next acting project alongside a slate of YouTube content as his HIAND rollout begins.
