I-DLE’s SHUHUA, who currently serves as a tourism ambassador for Taoyuan, Taiwan, has unveiled a new photo and video series celebrating her hometown’s charms.
Under the theme “Taoyuan Mood,” SHUHUA guides viewers through can’t-miss spots like the Xiaowulai Skywalk, its rope bridge, and the breathtaking Xiaowulai Waterfall, soaking in the area’s sweeping natural scenery. She switches gears at the Hengshan Calligraphy Art Center, then dives into the neon buzz of Zhongli Night Market―radiating a calm-but-invigorating energy that feels like a mini getaway on its own.
“Visiting so many landmarks for this shoot let me truly feel Taoyuan’s appeal,” SHUHUA says. “I hope travelers will follow in my footsteps and have a joyful trip here.”
Earlier this month in Kaohsiung, SHUHUA earned the AAA Best Choice award at the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025―her first solo trophy since debut. She also kept momentum going as an MC for ACON 2025, underscoring her rising popularity on the ground.
As for group activity, I-DLE launched the multi-sensory I-DLE Media Exhibition: City of Sense on December 19. The group will reconnect with fans at the 2026 I-DLE World Tour [Syncopation] with Seoul shows set for February 21-22.
