Lee Seung-gi Gushes Over Daughter, '100% Recommends' Marriage on 'My Little Old Boy'

SBS’s "My Little Old Boy" held onto the No. 1 spot among weekly variety shows.

According to Nielsen Korea, the Nov. 30 episode scored an 8.6% household rating in the Seoul metro area, leading all weekly variety series. In the 20?49 demo, it posted a 2% rating, tying for No. 1 with SBS’s Running Man. The episode also peaked at 10.1% in its highest-rated minute.

This week’s broadcast saw Jang Keun-suk welcome close friends Lee Hong-gi and Lee Seung-gi to his self-proclaimed “secret hideout.” When asked how fatherhood is going, Lee Seung-gi―dad to a 21-month-old girl―lit up: “My wife and I do drop-off and pick-up together, and it makes me so happy,” he said. “Of course it’s hard―most of it is―but the happiness hits on a whole different level.”

Lee didn’t hesitate on marriage, either: “I 100% recommend it,” he said. Lee Hong-gi chimed in that Jang wants to settle down, and Jang agreed: “I’ve always wanted to marry early and have kids. I’ve enjoyed the single life, but I’m ready to share my life with someone.” He joked, “If I have a son who looks like me, maybe all my self-love will transfer to him.” After Lee shared a clip of his daughter dancing to his song, Jang couldn’t hide his envy.

Elsewhere, Han Hye-jin, Jung Young-joo, and Cho Hyun-ah hosted the first-ever “'My Little Old Boy' Daughters’ Gathering” at Han’s villa in Hongcheon. Dressed in party-ready looks, the trio posed for photos, shared food, and showed off an easy chemistry. They also swapped stories about being told they have “shaman vibes,” with Jung recalling how her intuition once helped her anticipate a friend’s real-estate scam―something that had everyone leaning in.

Tak Jae-hoon later joined at Jung’s invitation. She surprised the group by saying her ex-husband resembled Tak―so much so that “his nickname was ‘Tak Jae-hoon.’” Tak cracked, “For a second I almost called you ‘honey.’”

Jung also reminisced about a movie-like moment from her 20s, when she locked eyes with a stranger and, as they brushed past each other on the way to the restroom, shared a spontaneous first kiss. Han Hye-jin quipped, “What have I even been doing with my life?” drawing laughs.

Meanwhile, Yoon Shi-yoon hit the trails with close friend Oh Min-seok. The pair’s odd-couple energy―Yoon the pragmatist, Oh the guy into dowsing, feng shui, palmistry, and face reading―delivered easy laughs. Yoon admitted, “When I see babies, I want to get married. Lately I get a little choked up.” Oh teased, “That’s midlife talking,” before reading Yoon’s palm. Citing a past palm-reading “prediction” about Kim Jong-kook, Oh told Yoon, “Your lines are similar―there’s a strong fated connection. If we map life to 80, you’re looking at marriage around 40. It’s coming up. From now on, pay attention to the women who enter your life.”
